About the position:
There are more than 280 stores across the country using Date Check Pro and over 800 around the world using Taskle. With top-notch customer support being an emphasis for us, it's time to expand our support team. That is why we need you.
This role will work directly with our Director of Customer Success to manage touch points with customers. Additionally, you will assist in the management of our Knowledge Base and other various aspects of both Date Check Pro and Taskle, including occasional support roles in various sales and marketing campaigns. This position comes with a wide variety of responsibilities, so the ability to stay organized is a key to success.
